Yes. Our All-in-One bags are designed specifically for beginners. Everything is pre-sterilized and ready - you only need to inject your liquid culture or spores through the built-in injection port. No pressure cooker, no lab, no mixing required.
A liquid culture syringe, spore syringe, or agar plug to inoculate with. That is it. The bag contains everything else - sterilized grain, substrate, filter, and injection port.
Colonization typically takes 10 to 21 days depending on species and temperature. After full colonization, pins usually appear within 5 to 10 days. Total time from inoculation to first harvest is usually 3 to 5 weeks.
Most growers get 2 to 4 flushes from a single bag. After harvesting, soak the block in cold water for 12 hours to rehydrate, then return it to fruiting conditions.
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Use within 90 days of the production date. Do not freeze.
