That depends on how advanced you want your setup to be. For most home growers, all you really need are disposable gloves, 70-80% isopropyl alcohol, and a simple water spray bottle. No expensive equipment is required, and everything you need can be purchased directly from us.

From inoculation to first harvest is typically 5–8 weeks depending on species and temperature. Oyster mushrooms are fastest at around 4–5 weeks.
Most bags give 2–3 flushes (harvests). After the first flush, re-hydrate the block by soaking in cold water for a few hours and the second flush appears within 2 weeks.
Up to 2–3 months when kept at room temperature in a clean and dark place. For best results, inoculate as soon as possible after delivery.
