A fully colonized 90mm agar plate containing a direct clone of our Pleurotus columbinus mother culture - the same Blue Oyster genetics we use in our own mushroom farm production at Freshrooms.

Colonization typically takes 10 to 21 days depending on species and temperature. After full colonization, pins usually appear within 5 to 10 days. Total time from inoculation to first harvest is usually 3 to 5 weeks.
Most growers get 2 to 4 flushes from a single bag. After harvesting, soak the block in cold water for 12 hours to rehydrate, then return it to fruiting conditions.
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Use within 90 days of the production date. Do not freeze.
