From inoculation to first harvest is typically 5–8 weeks depending on species and temperature. Oyster mushrooms are fastest at around 4–5 weeks.
Most bags give 2–3 flushes (harvests). After the first flush, re-hydrate the block by soaking in cold water for a few hours and the second flush appears within 2 weeks.
Up to 2–3 months when kept cool (4–8°C), dark, and dry. For best results, inoculate as soon as possible after delivery.
